**_Job Family_ :** SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development ** _Travel Required_ :** None ** _Clearance Required_ :** None _**What You Will Do:**_ Guidehouse is seeking a **Salesforce Developer** to support break/fix operations and incremental enhancements for an existing Salesforce org. This role focuses on hands‑on troubleshooting, root‑cause remediation, and delivery of targeted enhancements that maintain platform stability while improving user experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production support environment, balancing urgent issue resolution with a steady flow of enhancement work, and collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Administrators, and Architects to deliver reliable, well‑governed solutions. Break/Fix (Production Support) * Serve as a hands‑on technical resource for Salesforce production issues, including defects, data integrity problems, automation failures, permissions issues, and integration errors. * Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Salesforce configuration and custom code, including Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and integrations. * Perform root‑cause analysis (RCA) by reviewing logs, debug output, data models, automation logic, and integration behavior. * Implement fixes using configuration or code changes, following established development standards and change control processes. * Validate fixes in lower environments and support controlled deployment to production. * Provide clear technical documentation of issues, root causes, and implemented resolutions. * Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to communicate impacts, timelines, and resolution outcomes. Enhancements (Backlog Support) * Develop incremental enhancements based on well‑defined user stories and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to refine technical approaches that align with existing platform patterns. * Implement enhancements using Salesforce best practices, minimizing risk to production
