What You'll Achieve.
Develop the business features and technical capabilities within KKR’s Salesforce instance and related data applications supporting our Deal Management capabilities; Contribute to the enterprise’s digital vision, strategy, and execution plans to grow and expand the existing capabilities of the Salesforce based application to enable business growth and improve adoption; Enable KKR to rapidly scale and enhance its capital raising operations; Deliver solutions in iterative release cycles; Deliver results and impact on the client and end-user experience

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform, Strong, demonstrable expertise in: Apex, Lightning framework (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Data modelling, management and migrations, Deployments and CI/CD process (Github), Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Streaming), Hosting and calling Salesforce or external web services, Integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and systems, Process automation, security configuration, data model creation, reports, and dashboards, Delivering solutions in an Agile development model, Salesforce App Builder certification, Salesforce Platform Developer certification
Nice to Have
Experience with AppExchange products, preferably Conga, Salesforce Sales Cloud certification, Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
What You'll Do.
Independently own and deliver small to medium Salesforce projects end to end
