This role will contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions fully aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze business needs and define functional and technical requirements * Create and maintain user stories * Implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform * Develop components on the platform (Flows, LWC, Apex, among others) * Perform integrations with external systems (SOAP and REST) * Execute testing, bug fixing, and deployment processes * Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Requirements: * Strong knowledge of Salesforce: * Sales Cloud * Service Cloud * Experience with: * Lightning App Builder * Standard Lightning Components and UI * Apex (Triggers & Classes) * OmniStudio and Vlocity * OmniScripts, Flows, and FlexCards * Experience with integrations using: * SOAP * REST * Knowledge of: * PL/SQL * Git
