Must Have
Proven experience in Salesforce platform implementation, including designing and configuring solutions for business transformation., communication skills for relaying complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders, from technical teams to non-technical clients., An innovative, "can-do" mindset with a passion for solving problems using Salesforce technology., Experience in user-centric design methodologies, including the creation of customer journeys and business process flows, Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, A relevant university degree or an industry-recognised qualification.

designing and delivering functional
and innovative Salesforce solutions
bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities
ensuring solutions are user-friendly
and strategically aligned
advising on "the art of the possible" with Salesforce
ensuring best practises and out-of-box functionality are adopted to meet current and future customer needs
collaborating with Architects
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
and other Designers to create business capability maps
and detailed functional specifications
and prioritising requirements/user stories in partnership with SMEs and ensuring team understanding
configuring and conducting system demonstrations
and wireframes for workshops
configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionalities and conducting unit testing of components
supporting change management efforts
enabling smooth business transitions
and assisting with user adoption to establish long-term value
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborating with Architects, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other Designers; Collaborate with a team of passionate, highly skilled professionals; build relationships with unique and diverse colleagues
Communication Scope
excellent communicator; capable of digesting and presenting complex ideas simply and effectively; communication skills for relaying complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders, from technical teams to non-technical clients
