What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project/program management, technical delivery roles, Proven experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple workstreams and dependencies, Experience managing offshore/onshore vendors and contract resources, Experience across both project-based delivery and application support (AD/AMS), understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, Ability to influence and lead without formal authority, execution focus with attention to quality and timelines, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience, Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM, Salesforce, marketing technology platforms, Experience in enterprise or regulated environments, Familiarity with governance frameworks, PMO standards, delivery controls, PMP, Agile, equivalent certification
