This role drives execution, ensures delivery excellence, and provides oversight to vendor and contract teams while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and governance. **What You’ll Do** * Own end-to-end delivery across projects, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, quality, and budget * Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to offshore/onshore vendors and contractor resources * Track delivery performance, including risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans * Coordinate across project and support streams to ensure seamless execution * Oversee application support (AD/AMS), ensuring system stability and SLA adherence * Balance competing priorities across delivery and support demand * Ensure adherence to governance standards, delivery controls, and reporting requirements * Provide clear status reporting and communicate delivery health to stakeholders and leadership * Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and escalations * Monitor vendor performance against SOW deliverables and service levels * Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scalability **What You Bring** * 8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project/pro
