What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of overall experience in a technical role, 2+ years of hands-on experience focused on Salesforce Data Cloud and/or custom database solutions, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory, Proven hands-on experience with other Salesforce core products, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or comparable work experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP/Evergage), Proven ability to transfer skills to the new Salesforce Personalization platform, Additional Salesforce certifications, particularly the Agentforce Specialist credential, Familiarity with broader cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), Familiarity with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake)

Lead Salesforce Data Cloud implementation lifecycle
Design scalable solutions with clients
Translate business requirements to technical tasks
Serve as primary technical expert for offshore resources
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting
Develop data-driven segmentation strategies
Design and implement data models and pipelines
Integrate data from diverse sources
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
Lead internal proof-of-concept projects
Guide junior-level resources
Stay current with Salesforce releases
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Translating business requirements into detailed technical tasks for offshore development teams; Serving as the primary technical expert for offshore resources; Guiding and supporting junior-level resources within the offshore team; Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions; Contribute to practice development
