What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in CRM administration, data and project management, exposure to Salesforce CRM, some background SAP, working with stakeholders, retail environments, Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms, other Martech systems, understanding of data architecture, client segmentation, lead scoring, dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel

Own and manage end-to-end CRM projects

Lead “Lead management and client survey” initiatives to uncover business gaps and drive strategic improvements
