What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, Understanding of Agile methodologies, Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments, Exceptional knowledge of JIRA ticketing methodologies and processes, Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly solutions, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Experience working with development teams

Nice to Have

Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Business Analyst certification, Agile Certification, Experience in the SaaS industry, Knowledge of customer review platforms

What You'll Do.

Ownership of the analysis and requirements workstream on Salesforce projects

Managing work across the full product lifecycle (requirements

Identifying scope ambiguity

requirement conflicts

Acting as a functional subject matter expert on Salesforce platform capabilities

Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement across the platform

Maintaining a working understanding of GTM business domains and processes

Digging into business problems

Breaking down complex business requirements into clear

actionable technical requirements

Translating technical constraints and trade-offs back into business language

Conducting analysis of existing business processes

proactive relationships with stakeholders

Facilitating requirements workshops

stakeholder interviews

Producing well-structured user stories

and AS-IS / TO-BE documentation

Serving as the bridge between business users and the development team

Contributing to data governance standards across the Salesforce platform

Designing and delivering reports and dashboards

Monitoring data quality

Maintaining and grooming the backlog

Validating that solutions in development meet agreed requirements

Coordinating and supporting UAT

Contributing to sprint ceremonies
