Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud, Understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities, Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable business terms
Nice to Have
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), Additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant), Experience with data migration and integration projects, Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
