We work hard and play hard in 11 international locations from Denver to Seoul. We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator with Business Analyst experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business stakeholders, driving process improvements, resolving business-critical issues, and leveraging both Salesforce and emerging AI technologies to deliver business value.The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Europe and Asia, support day-to-day Salesforce operations, manage enhancement requests, troubleshoot production issues, and drive automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst for assigned business functions. • Manage and resolve day-to-day Salesforce production issues, user queries, and business-critical incidents. • Handle ad-hoc business requests, urgent enhancements, and system improvements with quick turnaround times. • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes for Salesforce bugs and system issues. • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities. • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews. • Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and Salesforce configurations. • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, security settings, and automations.
