Must Have
10+ years of experience in Experience with developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ platforms, 3+ years in an Architect capacity, Experience with Einstein/Agentforce, Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Mastery of apex, lightning web components, flow and the Salesforce data model, Deep understanding of event driven architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and asynchronous processing, Solid track record of developing in complex Salesforce environments, including business process configuration, security, and reporting, Experience in automation, Understanding of the interactions between people, processes, and systems, Experience working in Agile environments, Ability to pivot quickly when business strategies change, Ability to work with XML, Java and Web Service based integrations, Experience with Agile Methodologies
Nice to Have
Background in FinTech, Experience with DEVOPS tools like Own, Copado, Gearset, or AWS Developer Tools, Salesforce Agentforce Certified professional with experience implementing AI-driven automation and Agentforce capabilities within Salesforce ecosystems

Analyzing business requirements to determine if they should be solved with configuration or third party tool
Designing the data model
Defining identity and access management
Setting up data sharing appropriately
Establishing and enforcing coding standards
Establishing and enforcing deployment process (CI/CD)
Establishing and enforcing data integrity protocols
Integration strategy design
Managing complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using middleware
Translating complex technical requirements into actual business insights
Building organizational buy-in for new solutions
Planning work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize features
Maintaining long-term technical roadmap for the platform
Providing guidance and code reviews for Salesforce developers and administrators
Actively evaluating new Salesforce features
AI to enhance business efficiency
Developing guidelines and documentation
Providing high-tier technical support to ensure the successful adoption of system changes and best practices
