Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, HR, or related field, 10+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ platforms, 3+ years in an Architect capacity, Experience with Einstein/Agentforce, Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise projects, Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification, Mastery of apex, lightning web components, flow and Salesforce data model, Deep understanding of event driven architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and asynchronous processing, Solid track record of developing in complex Salesforce environments, Experience in business process configuration, security, and reporting, Data-driven decision-maker, Experience in automation, Understanding of interactions between people, processes, and systems, Excellent organizational skills, Experience working in Agile environments, Ability to pivot quickly when business strategies change, Ability to work with XML, Java and Web Service based integrations, Experience with Agile Methodologies, Problem-solving abilities, Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

You will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performing solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing tech stack. Your goal is to ensure that our CRM isn't just a database, but a sophisticated engine driving business growth and operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem.
