Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Agentforce Developer to join our dynamic AI-driven CRM team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein, and a strong understanding of AI-driven CRM solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agentforce use cases and integrate AI capabilities using Salesforce Einstein. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models, LLMs, and automation tools into Salesforce and other platforms. Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to CI/CD best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Salesforce environments. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Experience Required 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Working knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein. Strong understanding of Agentic AI principles, including autonomous agents, goal-driven behavior, and intelligent task orchestration. Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) and their integration into agentic systems for decision-making, summarization, and customer interaction.
