What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a scaling company environment, Salesforce configuration, workflows, Flow automation, reporting, managing user access models, security, permissioning at scale, data quality, governance, lifecycle management, gather requirements, prioritize requests, manage multiple stakeholders, working cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, and Engineering teams, supporting integrations, working with technical teams on system design
Nice to Have
Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

THE ROLE As a Salesforce Administrator at Zippy, you will own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering to ensure Salesforce supports scalable workflows, clean data, and reliable reporting across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in enabling our teams to move faster, improve customer outcomes, and operate efficiently as we scale.
