Join us on our mission to reverse diabetes and obesity in one billion people. We are adding a Salesforce Administrator to join the Commercial team at Virta. This is a foundational role that will join one other Salesforce Administrator already on staff to form a center of excellence for Salesforce administration within our Commercial organization. Beyond building and maintaining Salesforce functionality, this role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance leaders to analyze current go-to-market processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making. RESPONSIBILITIES Configuration & Administration - Own day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce instance for the Commercial team. - Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows, automation, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools. - Support and evolve integrated workflows between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., HubSpot, SalesLoft, LeanData, Slack). - Build and manage Slack integrations that enable real-time notifications, workflow automation, and improved collaboration across the Commercial organization.
