## Description Position Description Tenna is searching for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the team. Our Salesforce Administrator will assist various departments within the company to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and execute on daily tasks associated with our roadmap. Ideal candidates will enjoy all aspects of end user experience including designing, scoping, building, training, and delivering solutions with user satisfaction being a priority.  The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. Having the ability and comfort in analyzing business needs and translating them into systemized processes is critical.
