Position Overview The Salesforce Administrator will work within the Global CRM team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support Salesforce and related solutions. The Salesforce Administrator is expected to perform the fundamental job functions outlined below. Essential Job Functions: Monitor the Salesforce Support queue continuously throughout the day, striving to respond to requests in a timely manner, and resolve as many of the requests as possible, looping in team members for additional support, or escalating requests as needed to ensure a timely and accurate resolution Prepare monthly Salesforce PowerPoint, a monthly review of completed and outstanding requests, including a detailed list of outstanding Projects to be presented to stakeholders Create, update and offboard Salesforce Users, ensuring access to Salesforce is limited to those who should have access, that access is limited to what is needed, and that access is terminated once no longer needed Perform quarterly audit of Salesforce Users to check for Active status, title changes, department changes, etc., making any needed updates to keep Salesforce user information up-to-date. Provide training to new Salesforce Users, ensuring they can log into the system, understand basic navigation, access all needed tools, etc., too include creating training tools, guides, how-to’s, etc. Support data hygiene efforts, including monitoring duplicate data and, in conjunction with users, resolving duplicate issues, proactively suggesting ideas to prevent data errors, and loading and cleaning data, as needed Create declarative solutions to address rout
