What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience as primary Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce administration certifications and experience, including Sales Cloud, Expertise with Salesforce configuration changes (e. g. , Flows, dashboards), Ability to partner with Go-to-Market, Finance and Executive Leadership, Experience with Claude AI, including building custom skills, using Claude Cowork as an efficiency tool, and leveraging it as a Go-to-Market resource, Willingness to accommodate internal stakeholders that work across multiple time zones, Experience with Salesforce Forecasting module, Bachelor's Degree, Experience with Google Workspace, JIRA, Slack

Knowledge and curiosity about the Advertising, Media, Data and Measurement landscape

What You'll Do.

Collaborate with Go-to-Market Leaders to understand business needs and devise Salesforce solutions

Keep up to date with new SFDC features and releases

Work on complex system customizations and special projects

Resolve tickets and troubleshoot issues

Provide responsive support to maintain user satisfaction

Manage critical user lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding

team structure changes)

Implement changes such as Flows

Test and deploy updates to improve functionality

Develop training materials and roll out new processes

Conduct sessions to improve platform adoption

Perform data loads and ensure data accuracy and reliability

Support larger Salesforce projects (integrations

Enhance platform capabilities by refining processes and supporting new initiatives

Manage internal/external Salesforce resources
