About the Role This role works closely with our business systems stakeholders and senior team members to define feature requirements, maintain the platform, and customize Salesforce to enable users to get the most out of our technology. You will provide hands-on administration, declarative configuration, and daily user support for Salesforce and other integrated SaaS business platforms. Our team is small but growing, providing an excellent opportunity to learn, grow your Salesforce career, and make a tangible impact. ## Essential Responsibilities Customize and maintain the RainFocus Salesforce platform through declarative configuration (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and custom fields). Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshooting, and user management (roles, profiles, and permission sets). Manage tasks and help tickets in a fast-paced environment, driving issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
