The Brief

“Salesforce Administrator at Abby Care. Skills: Salesforce Management & Support, Multi-Application Administration, System Cleanup & Data Integrity, Cross-Functional Enablement, Security & Compliance. Act as the primary owner for Salesforce, managing daily requests including field fixes, data corrections, and advanced troubleshooting.. Lead the administration and maintenance of peripheral tools including Dialpad (IVR and call routing), PandaDocs (template management), Notion, Jira, etc.”

Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, able to work hybrid from our office 3–4 days per week, background check, satisfactory references, any required documentation

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a complex, fast-paced environment, Proven ability to build and troubleshoot advanced Flows, validation rules, and custom objects, Proven experience administering or integrating external tools like Dialpad, PandaDocs, Jira, or Notion, A interest in leveraging AI tools (e. g. , Salesforce Einstein, AgentForce) to boost user efficiency, Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work hybrid from our office 3–4 days per week

Nice to Have

Salesforce Administrator Certificate preferred

What You'll Do.

Act as the primary owner for Salesforce

managing daily requests including field fixes

and advanced troubleshooting.

Lead the administration and maintenance of peripheral tools including Dialpad (IVR and call routing)

PandaDocs (template management)

Proactively drive the cleanup of technical debt

and inconsistent naming conventions across all integrated platforms.

Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to deliver critical visibility into performance through reports and dashboards.

Enforce role-based access across Salesforce

and PandaDocs to ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.
