Equip field force with selling tools
Deliver engaging training sessions
Develop and implement digital learning solutions
Promote continuous learning culture
Evaluate training effectiveness
Analyze internal and external benchmarks
Provide regular reports to senior management
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership
Develop and maintain training materials
Manage the training budget effectively
Evaluate and select external vendors
Ensure all training programs comply with policies
Lead the Knowledge test survey process
Participate in field visits
