Must Have

Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering sales training, Proficient experience in various CRM systems such as Salesforce, Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods, Ability to motivate, engage and develop new team members into sales professionals, Ability to build trusting relationships and influenced at senior levels, Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment, Ability to relate your work with business outcomes and how work aligns across business functions, Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees of all levels, Detail orientated and commitment to a high degree of accuracy, Comfortable working in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment, High level of interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and be trustworthy to a broad range of stakeholders, Motivated self-starter with a passion for coaching and developing others, Proficient Microsoft Office Suites, Google Gmail, Calendar and internal communication software

Develop comprehensive training materials

Conduct engaging training sessions

Provide hands-on training to new employees

Provide ongoing support and resources
