What You'll Do.

lead dynamic training sessions
conduct realistic virtual role-plays
collaborate closely with leadership to continuously elevate our sales strategies
Develop and manage sales training curricula within Kajabi or other LMS platforms.
Effectively onboard new Energy Consultants to maximize their productivity.
Conduct live virtual role-plays focused on enhancing closing techniques in real-world scenarios.
Analyze sales calls and appointment results to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with field needs and business goals.
Continuously update training materials to reflect product and market changes.
Monitor key metrics such as ramp time and training completion to assess training effectiveness.
