What You'll Do.
Ongoing facilitation and mastery of call center training programs
Product knowledge training
Sales closing techniques training
Special initiatives training
Assist with Sales Operational support
Identify needs for further agent development
Monitor knowledge transition from classroom to productivity
Properly onboard new sales experts
Report on the impact of new and existing training programs
Administer training for designated customer groups
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
Identify performance gaps
Implement training best practices
Create effective presentations
Manage the full training cycle
including in-person activities and web-based learning
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with various department leaders in identifying needs for further agent development; Collaborate with management to identify company training needs, identify performance gaps, and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs.
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written skills; Ability to communicate with various levels of employees; Ability to foster open two-way communication
