## Description About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale. ArteraAI is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to build and scale a best-in-class training program for our commercial team. This role will be responsible for new hire onboarding, ongoing field training, sales process adoption, clinical and product education, and coaching that improves performance across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong sales enablement experience with the ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into practical, field-ready training. This person will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our sellers are confident, compliant, and highly effective in the field. This is an opportunity to shape the training foundation of a mission-driven commercial organization at the intersection of oncology, diagnostics, and AI. You will play a direct role in helping the sales team perform at a higher level while supporting a company focused on improving patient care. ## Essential Responsibilities Design, build, and deliver onboarding programs for new Sales Account Executives, regional managers, and other commercial hires Develop training content covering ArteraAI products, clinical value proposition, disease-state knowledge, customer workflows, reimbursement basics, sales process, territory planning, and objection handling Lead live, virtual, and field-based training sessions that improve sales readiness and shorten ramp time Create certification programs to ensure consistent product knowledge, messaging, and selling skills across the team Partner with sales leadership to identify coaching opportunities and reinforce best practices in the field Conduct ride-alongs, call coaching, and skills assessments
