Preparing participants for a permanent sales role upon successful completion of the program.; Placement into a permanent sales role based on performance, business needs, and individual interests.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Recent graduate (within the last 12 months or anticipated graduation by May 2026) of an accredited college/university, Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management or related field, interest in sales and client-facing roles, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Technical aptitude, Ability to explain complex products, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Demonstrates technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand client environments in order to support effective discovery and solution alignment., High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, Candidates interested in growing into a long-term sales role within the company, Applicants must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in one of the following locations: New York, London, or Singapore.
Nice to Have
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM experience, Prior internship or sales experience
