The Sales Support Technician supports the preparation, setup, and execution of aerospace communications demonstrations, field tests, and customer engagement activities. Working closely with the Sales Consultant and engineering teams, this role assists in deploying and operating satellite communication systems, RF hardware, ground station equipment, and related technologies used to demonstrate product capabilities to prospective customers and partners. This position plays an important role in supporting technical demonstrations, validating system performance in real-world environments, and ensuring equipment and systems are properly configured for successful customer engagements.
