What You'll Do.
Provide day-to-day support to Sales/Distribution
Respond to fund-related client queries
Handle ad hoc requests
Plan client-facing events
Execute client-facing events
Coordinate event logistics
Manage event invitations
Manage event registrations
Prepare presentation materials
Liaise with internal stakeholders
Liaise with external stakeholders
Ensure post-event follow-ups
Coordinate client communications on corporate action
Coordinate client communications on PM changes
Coordinate creation of marketing materials
Coordinate refresh of marketing materials
Support compliance review workflows
Ensure required reviews are completed
Ensure approvals are completed
Ensure record retention is completed
Partner closely with Sales
Partner closely with Product
