Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **Job Purpose Summary:** Provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers by conducting administrative tasks in relation to sales and purchase orders, including after sales support. **Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:** * Generate and process sales quotations. * Generate and process sales and purchase orders. * Provide general administrative support to sales personnel. * Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. * Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues. * Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times. * Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules. * Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules. * Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. **_Requirements_** We’re looking for positive, motivated people who enjoy speaking with customers and want to succeed in a sales-focused environment. You’ll ideally have: * Previous experience in a customer service role * Excellent communication and listening skills * Confidence building relationships over the phone * A proactive, self-motivated attitude * Strong organisation and time management skills * A professional and team-focused approach * Preferably, candidates must hold a full UK driving lice
