Joining Deployteq as Sales Support, you'll ensure a smooth journey for our clients through their onboarding with our business. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative, operational and communicative support to account managers, technical project managers and customers in order to optimise sales effectiveness, project coordination and customer satisfaction. Being accurate and proactive in this role is incredibly important, and we're looking for someone with great attention to detail who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: * First-line support for commercial and administrative processes * Sales documentation, quotation preparation and contract administration * CRM management and data accuracy * Project creation, coordination and monitoring * Onboarding coordination between customer, account manager and TPM/CS * Legal and compliance process coordination * Supporting account management through accurate follow-up and task handling * Managing cancellations processes * This role requires adherence to company security and confidentiality policies, including responsibilities related to SOC 2 compliance. **Requirements** * HBO-level education or equivalent * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **both Dutch and English** * Proven 3–5 years of experience in a similar role * Good knowledge of Deployteq application (training on the job provided) * Highly communicative and customer-oriented * Strong empathic ability * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset * Accurate and analytical **Benefits** Je komt te werken in een hecht en gezellig team met meerdere Support Engineers, zowel op junior- als seniorniveau.
