What You'll Do.
Perform duties associated with Inventory Management
Perform duties associated with RFP processing
Perform duties associated with new business/add issue submissions
Discern received information
Identify underwriting needs
Identify quote release needs
Partner with Rating and Quoting
Ensure proposals meet due dates
Meet with team to review inventory status
Make recommendations regarding benefit options
Make recommendations regarding rate options
Engage internal stakeholders
Put together proposal strategy
Negotiate rates with Underwriting
Negotiate exceptions with Underwriting
Discuss RFP with Producers
Discuss plan design options with Producers
Discuss multi-line options with Producers
Build relationships with underwriting
Build relationships with brokers
Build relationships with broker staff
Contact Producers to follow up on quotes
Gather post-mortem data
Initiate Onboarding process
Handoff case from sales
Transition case to Onboarding
Provide backup support to colleagues
Serve as Subject Matter Expert
