Conduct ride-alongs with sales personnel

Assist with business strategies implementation
Assist with marketing plans implementation
Supervise sales professionals
Participate in hiring sales staff
Participate in training sales staff
Participate in coaching sales staff
Participate in performance management
Supervise sales personnel in pricing implementation
Ensure budgeted pricing metrics are achieved
Assist with new customer solicitation
Assist with bid preparation
Assist with customer retention strategies
Meet with sales personnel and management
Review sales activity funnel
Review customer retention activities
Review relationship activities
Review sales performance compared to goal
Review production needs
Review training needs
Ensure effective use of CRM tool
Develop customer information profiles
Facilitate acquisition of new customers
Maintain accountability for sales goal achievement
Proactively contact assigned accounts
Identify customer needs
Identify changing requirements
Identify potential issues
Resolve customer issues
Maintain awareness of market behavior
Maintain awareness of competitive trends
Anticipate changing customer needs
Proactively manage customer base
