About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our Malbon boutique in Pinehurst, NC. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on the sales floor, motivates others by example, and creates a customer experience that feels authentic, elevated, and connected to our brand culture. As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving results and maintaining operational excellence while leading by presence on the floor. You’ll coach team members, oversee daily functions like inventory and merchandising, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Malbon’s commitment to creativity, inclusivity, and the love of the game. This is a part-time, in-store leadership role with scheduling inclusive of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do Deliver an elevated, customer-first experience while embodying Malbon’s mission and brand values. Lead by example on the sales floor—supporting your team in hitting sales goals and delivering standout service. Partner with the Store Manager to analyze KPIs (conversion, UPT, AOV) and drive continuous improvement. Train, coach, and motivate team members; identify future leaders and support their growth.
