About the team The Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. What you’ll do By being part of our Sales Strategy and Ops team, you will partner with GTM leadership and the broader Sales & Marketing (PMM, Demand Marketing, Sales Development) team to drive the overall effectiveness of the org. Responsibilities include assessing the health of our sales pipeline, go-to-market analysis, reporting, sales pipeline process optimization, and sales program orchestration.
