Serve as primary administrative support for sales personnel

Track order progress and provide updates
Escalate issues to State Commercial Supervisor
Manage and track branch inventory
Coordinate stock movements
preparation and transportation of units
Contribute to new account set up
Outline invoice and payment processing details
Handle invoice resolution
Provide stocktake support
Perform additional administrative tasks

Team & Collaboration
Support assigned sales personnel; Provide clear updates to key personnel; Escalate issues to the State Commercial Supervisor; Work alongside a team of coordinators; Work with State Commercial Supervisor; Contribute to new account set up with accounts department
