Must Have

Identify deviations from standard terms
Coordinate internal approvals
Coordinate risk assessments
Coordinate negotiations
Redline commercial contracts
Support negotiation of commercial contracts
Support contract execution
Support contract amendments
Support documentation control
Maintain contract records

Support internal contract review processes
Ensure proper approvals prior to execution
