Ensure proposals comply with approval workflows

Review customer purchase orders

Assess commercial terms

Assess compliance with company standards

Assess compliance with delegation of authority

Identify deviations from standard terms

Coordinate internal approvals

Coordinate risk assessments

Coordinate negotiations

Redline commercial contracts

Support negotiation of commercial contracts

Support contract execution

Support contract amendments

Support documentation control

Maintain contract records

Maintain proposal records

Support internal contract review processes

Ensure proper approvals prior to execution

Ensure adherence to company policies
