What They're Looking For.
Must Have
0–2 years of sales, customer-facing, or clinical support experience, Experience in communicating with hospitals/clinics, operation theatre environments, or working with procurement/tenders, Knowledge of the local healthcare market, reimbursement landscape, or hospital purchasing processes, Prior success in a structured sales process (pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning), Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor degree or above in Science, Medical, Nursing, Engineering or Marketing, or a related discipline, medical device exposure is an avantage but not mandatory, Familiarity with optical systems and electronics
What You'll Do.
