Full Job Description
NOVA group is a fast-growing fintech company developing POS lending solutions in Mexico. Our platform supports the full customer journey for point-of-sale lending: from loan application and customer identification to credit decisioning, contract signing, loan issuance, servicing, and interaction with partners. The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions. ## Requirements Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing. * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. * Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a positive customer experience. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). * 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. * Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
