Must have a current and valid driver licence

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Solution Sales or Business Development, Current and valid driver licence, CRM and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, A goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Nice to Have

Experience or interest in lifting equipment or industrial applications, Knowledge of overhead cranes, hoists, or Australian Standards, Exposure to technical or engineering-based sales environments

Develop and grow new business opportunities across your territory

Build relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders

Manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close

Prepare compelling quotations

and commercial proposals

Conduct customer meetings

and solution presentations

and commercial terms professionally and effectively

Stay ahead of market opportunities and customer needs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Service Sales teams to uncover additional opportunities; Work closely with Project Engineers, Branch teams, and Production to ensure smooth project handovers

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
