Must Have

Nice to Have
Experience in the supplement, nutraceutical, or vitamin industry, Familiarity with Kava products or South Pacific wellness products, Experience working with international markets (AU, NZ, US), Background supporting retail or independent store sales channels, High level skills in Monday.com CRM would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries from potential customers and partners
Maintain and manage sales pipelines through CRM tools
Conduct lead research and prospecting across the Australian
Build and maintain relationships with direct-to-store independent retailers
Create and manage sales communication templates across email
Develop sales automation workflows to improve outreach and follow-ups
Support the commercial quoting process and prepare sales proposals
Create and manage sales documentation using PandaDoc or similar tools
Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales reporting
