Nice to Have
Experience in senior living, including assisted living and memory care environments, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education, Background in sales or leasing in the health care or senior living industry, Creative and "out of the box" thinker, Expertise in “relationship selling”, Demonstrated ability to close, Experience with motivational interviewing techniques
What You'll Do.
Drive occupancy and revenue growth
Showcase communities to prospective residents
Train and coach sales adjacent staff
Improve process habits/fundamentals
Review database with RDSM and EDs
Review tour path and process
Review physical plant and model apartment
Train director team on sales eye
Grow revenue and manage sales
Lease units as community sales professional
Conduct sales activities
Respond to telephone inquiries
Conduct walking and scheduled tours
Conduct daily sales strategy planning meetings
Maintain CRM database
Assist in maintaining referral relationships
Develop and maintain referral source relationships
Qualify prospective residents
Assist Executive Director with community staging
Provide regional management with paperwork
Facilitate training for community staff
Research local competition
Gather market/competitive information

Team & Collaboration
Train and coach sales adjacent staff; Work with RDSM and EDs; Work with Executive Director; Work with Divisional Sales Director; Work with Business Optimization team
