You’ll work alongside founders, and international partners across green tech, AI, circular economy, and digital transformation, by empowering different businesses to grow.   Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as an Sales Specialist in Croatia. ## You will Drive sales and expand the client base through active prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and strategic partnerships. Lead client engagements by conducting persuasive sales pitches and presentations to diverse audiences, including private companies and public institutions. Manage the full sales cycle, which includes designing personalized proposals, orchestrating campaigns, negotiating terms, and closing contracts. Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure accurate database updates, seamless lead tracking, and transparent reporting. Host educational webinars and info-sessions to brief potential clients on new EU funding mechanisms and contracting opportunities. Shape commercial strategies by identifying new market segments and contributing to overall sales and pricing plans. Advise and consult clients by monitoring active tenders, assessing project eligibility, and creatively structuring initial project ideas.
