What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment, Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability, Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store, Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles, Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder, Ability to stand and move for an entire shift, Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts, Able to work during the company’s Blackout period
