Must Have
Proven experience in cold calling, admissions, or student recruitment roles, outbound communication and sales ability, Experience working with international students or education agencies, Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume leads, Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication skills, Target-driven and comfortable working in a KPI-focused environment, Mandatory exposure to the Canadian education market

This role focuses on outbound lead generation, student engagement, and appointment setting with prospective students, education agents, and institutional partners. This is a hard requirement role — candidates must have prior experience working with or recruiting into the Canadian education market.
