Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in business, 3+ years of experience in sales, Existing relationships in specialty food sales, Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing deals, Proven sales/business development success
What You'll Do.
Maximize existing business with current customers
Develop new accounts in Specialty Retail
Introduce customers to new products
Introduce marketing campaigns
Present plans to manager on initiatives to grow
Conduct ongoing business planning reviews
Secure quarterly Distributor sales reports
Work closely with key distributors
Manage overall cost of doing business with key
Work directly with Distributor reps
Provide trainings to Distributor reps
Provide customer ride withs
Present new items to customer base
Manage overall sample spend by territory
Develop and personalize sell sheets
Maintain expert level of product knowledge
Participate in regional food shows
Participate in national food shows
Coordinate food show deadlines
Coordinate food show requirements
