What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience managing main projects, Developing key accounts, Creating solution specifications, Selling products to key decision makers in the flooring, roofing and waterproofing segments, Negotiation skills, Executive presence during presentations, Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in construction materials, preferably within the paint or coatings industry, with a focus on flooring, roofing, and waterproofing systems, Proficiency in English, Willing to travel up to 60% of the time, Proficient understanding of Polymeric Technology, Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts effectively, Excellent negotiation and communications skills, Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with investors, contractors, and key decision-makers, Demonstrated experience in value-based selling and relationship building with Key Accounts, Possess an organized, independent, and proactive work approach, Experienced in using CRM systems or similar platforms

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, Living in Mexico City or Guadalajara is preferred

Cultivate a collaborative relationship with independent representatives

Provide active support in trade organizations

Deliver presentations to prospective clients

Support independent representatives in their presentations

Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies
