Must Have
Several years of in-depth sales experience in a technical environment, Demonstrable practical experience in a sales function, High willingness to travel within the defined sales area, Fluent German and very good English skills
Nice to Have
Experience/knowledge in the field of adhesive technology and the relevant market segments, Confident use of ERP and CRM systems (ideally Power BI and Salesforce), Self-motivation, teamwork, perseverance, and results-oriented, Good communication skills, Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills
What You'll Do.
Independent support and qualified advice for existing customers in the assigned sales area
Active new customer acquisition and targeted approach to existing customers as part of new product launches and sales promotions
Systematic expansion of the opportunity pipeline by identifying and developing profitable projects
Scaling successful reference projects for sustainable sales growth
Continuous market and competitor analysis to identify potentials and trends
Close and cross-functional collaboration with internal interfaces (especially Marketing
Application Engineering
and Channel Management)
