This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. The team is creative, mission-driven, and deeply passionate about delighting customers at every touchpoint.   Role Overview The Sales Representative will spearhead outbound lead generation efforts, building and nurturing B2B relationships to grow the corporate gifting program. This role is responsible for identifying qualified prospects, converting them into long-term clients, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a growing, mission-driven organization.   Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM - 5PM EST     Key Responsibilities Outbound Lead Generation - Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads. - Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, with particular focus on seasonal campaigns and holiday periods.   Relationship Management - Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing tailored product information and solutions. - Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to move leads through the pipeline efficiently.   CRM & Record Keeping - Maintain organized records of leads,
