Nice to Have
Basic Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage for liaising with specific counterparts
What You'll Do.
Manage the Bulk Products portfolio (Oxygen
and Hydrogen etc) across West Jakarta
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new end-user accounts
Secure long-term loyalty from existing industrial partners
Execute strategic plans to meet annual sales budgets
Identify "upside" opportunities within the assigned territory
Proactively scout and convert new opportunities among industrial end-users in the Western region
Build multi-level relationships with key accounts through regular site visits and consultative engagement
Provide commercial and technical guidance to customers
Mitigate claims and maintain trust during operational challenges
Manage the entire contract process
Perform profitability computations
Monitor payment terms and coordinate with the Legal department to resolve overdue accounts
Document all activities
and weekly performance metrics
Conduct all sales activities in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
and financial risk assessments
